Our Story
Bluprint Ventures was founded by the joining of the management team of a successful build-to-rent platform of one of the largest U.S. homebuilders and Newmark Homes, an award-winning, new construction homebuilder. For more than 5 years prior to Bluprint’s founding, the management team led in the acquisition, entitlement, development, and/or construction of over 20 communities and 2,500 rental homes across Texas, including as partners to some of the country’s largest institutional capital partners. In 2024, the management team joined forces with Newmark Homes to create a best-in-class, vertically-integrated developer. By combining Newmark’s operational excellence and expertise in architectural design and homebuilding, Bluprint represents one of the most experienced build-to-rent sponsors in Texas.
Newmark Homes is a new construction home builder in Houston and Austin, offering customers award-winning design and construction in homes that incorporate a nationally recognized energy efficiency program and state-of-the-art technology. Newmark is currently active in over 20 communities.
