Eddie Lin is a Partner of Bluprint Ventures, bringing two decades of experience across real estate  investment, capital markets, and institutional advisory. Before founding Bluprint, Eddie served in a number of senior leadership positions, most recently as Head of Investments at HHS Capital, the investment management arm of Highland Homes’ Build-to-Rent (BTR) division.

Prior to HHS Capital, Eddie was a Principal at RCLCO Fund Advisors, where he advised U.S. pension funds and sovereign wealth entities in capital allocation, investment underwriting, and portfolio management. Before that, Eddie served as Vice President of Investments at CIM Group, where he was responsible for underwriting and structuring transactions for its value-add and opportunistic real estate funds. In total, Eddie was responsible for over $2.5 billion in investments. Eddie began his career in New York in Investment Banking and spent several years in middle-market private equity.

Eddie earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and holds dual Bachelor’s degrees from The Wharton School and the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. He currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife and three children.
