Travis is a Partner of Bluprint. With more than 20 years of experience in the home building industry, Travis  Avery has served in numerous leadership roles.  Prior to Bluprint, Travis served as Vice President of Operations for Highland Homes’ BTR company, HHS Residential where he oversaw procurement and vertical construction operations, and played a critical role in the creation of the processes that helped HHS Residential grow to over 25 projects and 2,500 homes.

Prior to joining HHS Residential, Travis was the National Director of Strategic Procurement and Implementation for Taylor Morrison. In this role, Travis established strategic partnerships with national  manufactures and implemented more than $30 million in saving through vendor negations throughout 17 markets. During his 17-year tenure at Taylor Morrison/Darling Homes, Travis also served as the Director of  Purchasing, Director of Construction, and Area Sales/Construction Manager.

Mr. Avery received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Brigham Young University while majoring in Construction Management with a minor in Business.
