Mayson is a Partner of Bluprint and has over 10 years of experience in the Build-to-Rent, Single-Family and Multifamily industries. Prior to joining Bluprint, Mayson served as Director of Land at HHS Residential, where he oversaw all land activities and led the acquisition, entitlement, and development of new communities totaling over 1,200 lots across 10 Texas municipalities and multiple utility districts. As the first land specialist at HHS Residential, Mayson was responsible for implementing financial underwriting, acquisition, entitlement, and development strategies for HHS Residential.

Prior to HHS Residential, Mayson held roles as the leader of the land acquisition team for a top 10 national homebuilder in Houston, and as a multifamily investment sales associate specialized in secondary and tertiary markets in Texas. Mayson received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
