Mayson is a Partner of Bluprint Ventures and has over 10 years of experience in the Build-to-Rent, Single-Family and Multifamily industries. As Director of Land at HHS Residential, Mayson oversaw all land acquisition and land development activities across the State of Texas. As the first land specialist at HHS Residential, Mayson was responsible for implementing financial underwriting, acquisition, entitlement and development strategies for HHS Residential.

Throughout his tenure at HHS Residential, Mayson led the acquisition entitlement and development of multiple new communities totaling over 1,200 lots. This includes working through the entitlement and development process in 10 different Texas municipalities and multiple utility districts.

Prior to HHS Residential, Mayson held roles as the leader of the land acquisition team for a top 10 national homebuilder in Houston, and a multifamily investment sales associate specialized in secondary and tertiary markets in Texas. Mayson received his Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
